Pay Stations in the Entertainment District (Dickson St Area)


In our Entertainment District, you will use a digital LUKE Pay Station. Our Pay Stations are conveniently located and easy to use. Please see below for locations and payment instructions.
Please remember, per City Ordinance, the operator of the vehicle shall upon entering the parking space, immediately pay or cause to pay for said occupied parking space.

Pay Station Payment Instructions


  1. Press any number on the keypad to wake up the pay station.
  2. Follow screen prompts.
  3. Make payment (accepts cash, coin or credit card). Pay stations do not give change. Pay stations do not accept bills larger than $5. No refunds will be issued.

Parking Meter Instructions (Downtown Square Area)

  • Gray-topped meters are for parking up to two hours
  • Red-topped meters are for long-term parking:  up to ten hours. 

Insert 1 coin at a time. Meters will automatically register the time allowed for each coin inserted in the meter. Please note that if the meter does not register the first coin inserted or if the meter is not operating, then you must move to a meter that is working properly. Do not continue to insert coins as the city does not offer refunds. Please report malfunctioning meters to the Parking Management Office by calling 479-575-8280.
